We will always first try and reschedule instead. We do understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. We appreciate our regular clients and waive one cancellation fee per year.
Each appointment that you book is held just for you, and the staff trained for your home/office relies on your appointments. For this reason, we have implemented a cancelation policy to ensure that we can serve each of you with the highest services possible. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged at half price. If less than 24 hours you will be charged in full. If you are paying via recurring billing this will be charged at the date indicated on the authorization form.

Cancellations for safety due to Inclement Weather may occur. Of course, there are no charges if the reason is safety.
Cancellations due to ‘No Access’ are charged at the 3-hour minimum rate, please ensure we have access each visit.
