Kitchen & Dining:

 

Refrigerator: Inside and out, all drawers and shelves removed and cleaned. Polished.

Stove: Inside and out, black splash, hood, filters degreased.

Drip pans replaced* upon request

Microwave & Dishwasher disinfected and detailed.

Cabinets sanitized inside and out, Oiled* as needed.

Sink (and disposal) washed out, de-stained and polished as needed.

Countertops cleaned and disinfected. 

Lighting Fixture surfaces cleaned.

Floors vacuumed and mopped.

Inside windows, tracks and blinds dusted out and washed as needed.

Hard water (Mineral deposit) build-up removed*

Walls: removal of cobwebs, disinfect, minor-spot removal.

Switches & Outlets Sanitized.

Doors, Knobs, Trim & Baseboards, dusted and washed as needed, with minor-spot removal.

Floors: vacuumed and mopped.

Laundry Machines/Water Heaters: Dusted and Sanitized.

Trash/Donation Items: Removal of debris*

Counters tops: cleaned and disinfected

Cabinets & Drawers: vacuumed and sanitized. Liners removed. Oiled* as needed.

Showers, sinks, and toilets scrubbed and de-stained. Tank care*

Inside windows: sills, tracks and blinds cleaned as needed.

Walls: removal of cobwebs, disinfect, minor-spot removal.

We use almost all non-toxic products, although occasional need for a stronger product presents itself.

Please let us know if you prefer only all-natural products. *

We provide living wages and conform to all employee laws and regulations.

 

Our Payment

 

We receive payment once services are complete.  We prefer to do a walkthrough with you at that time.

Payment is made to “Homestead Housekeeping” and can be by check, Square cash app, or ACH debit on a debit/credit card.

TIPS to SAVE Money

 

We can help you save money in many ways.  If you have requests, or suggestions we'd love to hear them!

 

If possible, do the light-detailed work yourself. 

Blinds and tracks are often time consuming, although not physically intensive.

Vacuum out drawers and cabinets, and floors. 

Replace your stove's drip pans.  Run your Stove's Clean cycle twice. 

If your washing machine and Dishwasher have a clean cycle run them twice as well.

If possible, use a specialized detergent for dishwasher and washing machine refreshing.

They are located in most grocery stores now.

Pre-spray your showers and tubs with a whitening cleanser, and leave it sit for us. 

Don't waste your time on Hard water issues, we have the solution for that and can do it many times faster.

 

Our minimum visit is $103.50 for up to 3 hours.

Should you decide you do not want (or have time) to do the moveout yourself you can choose...

1. If you've done a lot of work already and think a few hours is all you need then you can choose to pay per hour.

2. If you decide you have not been able to get enough done to make an hourly visit cost effective, you can hire us at .20 cents a sq. ft., which is the market average.
